Sacha Baron Cohen’s Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan made Kazakhs happy …Not!
Far from seeing it as a mocking social commentary on Americans, the nation was outraged and banned the film. So, Erkin Rakishev decided to make a sequel called My Brother, Borat to try to change the world’s view about Kazakhstan. The movie follows an American journalist who decides to visit the country after seeing the original Borat. He goes in search of Borat’s fictional village Kusek and instead finds a modern city.
Rakishev says his movie will be a black comedy but will not have such a low level of “toilet humour” as the original. And he says it will be an “instant hit”.
Sacha is watching to see the sh-t hit the fan or the toilet bowl …
